Yes, all of the watches and jewellery sold on www.peterburrowes.co.uk are 100% authentic. We are authorised sellers for all the brands we stock. Come and see for yourself at our London shop located at 236 Edgware Road, W2 1DW.


What do the watches and jewellery come with?

All of our watches and jewellery items come in the official manfucaturers branded box. exactly as you would get if you were to purchase them from our London shop, as well as manufacturers instruction manual and 2 year manufacturers warranty card that is stamped prior to being shipped.


Do your watches and jewellery come with guarantees?

Yes, all of our come with a full 2 year international manufacturer’s guarantee, with our authorised sellers stamp. You can purchase from us assured with the knowledge that your watch is fully guaranteed.


Are you an official supplier of these watches and jewellery brands?

Yes. Buying your branded watch or piece of jewellery means you are buying direct from Peter Burrowes who is an authorised seller for all the brands we stock. You should be aware of buying from companies who are not official stockists.


Do you stock all of your watches and jewellery?

What security measures do you take to ensure my credit card details are safe?

All of our credit card transactions are processed over a 128-bit SSL certificate, which are then processed by Protx, who are one of the UK’s leading credit card processors. This means that your credit card details cannot be intercepted or hacked. We do not store any of your credit card details. Your payment is processed securely over our payment system and no one is able to view any of your sensitive details.


How do you send the items?

We ship our items by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This means that you will receive the item next day in most cases. This method of delivery is fully insured. We also offer the opportunity to upgrade to Royal Mail Special delivery which will guarantee delivery before 1pm following the day of dispatch.


Do you ship to international locations?

Yes we do. Simply checkout as usual and select your country as normal. Delivery to international locations is usually £7.50 extra.


Can I cancel an order?

Yes you can. Should you place an order by mistake and want to cancel for a full refund this is not a problem. However, please be advised that to confirm a cancellation you will need to contact us ASAP as there is always the chance that we may have processed your order!


Can I return my watch/jewellery?

In line with the Distant Selling Act you can return your watch or piece of jewellery for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. As long as we receive the watch back in the same condition as sending it our we will process a refund through the same method by which payment was received. What’s your policy for faulty watches/jewellery?

If the watch or jewellery is faulty within the first 14 days of receiving we will offer a full refund or replacement after receiving it back and inspecting the fault. After this period we will help you activate the 2 year manufacturers warranty that comes complete with your watch.


I am looking for a certain watch or piece of jewellery that is not currently on your site, can you help?

Yes, please contact us stating the model code and we will see if we have it in stock. It may be the case that we have it in our London shop on Edgware Road, please come in and have a look!


Can you adjust the watch bracelet for me?

Yes, we offer this service free of charge. If you know the length that you would like the bracelet adjusting to then lets us know and we will do it for you prior to dispatch. You can inform us in the 'notes'; section when placing your order or when you place your order over the phone.


Can I order by telephone?

Yes. Just call us on 0207 723 6073 between 9.00am and 5.30pm and one of our sales team will be more than happy to process your order for you.


I don’t have a credit card can I still order a watch?

Yes you can. We accept payments by cheque. Please make cheques payable to 'Peter Burrowes Ltd' and allow 5 working days from the time we pay in your cheque to dispatch. Please select this option at the checkout.


We are a company, is it possible to place a corporate order for watches or jewellery?

Yes. Please contact our head office on 0207 723 6073 where a member of our trade team will be more than happy to discuss this with you.


Do you ship to BFPOs?

Yes we do.


How do I know my order has been confirmed?

When you complete your order online you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.


How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the ’My Account’ section of the website. When your order is dispatched you will be sent an email informing you of this and the Royal Mail parcel reference number will be available to view from a link provided on this email or in the 'My Account' section, This reference can be used to track your parcel on Royal Mail’s website by entering it into their 'track and trace' feature.


Can I exchange the watch/jewllery I ordered for a different one?

Yes, as long as it is within 14 days of receipt and returned in pristine condition. We may extend the exchange period depending upon individual circumstances. Just see the 'Delivery & Returns Policy' page for details on how to do this.


What is covered by the manufacturer guarantee?

We strongly recommend that you read the guarantee booklet as this informs you what is and what is not covered, but we have included a general guide below.

The manufacturer’s guarantee covers malfunctions that arise due to defects in materials and workmanship. The manufacturer’s guarantee does not cover damage to the bracelet, strap, attachments or the glass crystal due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage and excessive wear and tear/abuse. It also does not cover water damage done to the watch if it has been used outside of the manufacturer’s recommended guidelines. The guarantee is usually rendered void if unauthorised repairs have been carried out by someone other than an authorised dealer of the brand. The manufacturer’s guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
