We will deliver your order to any address in the UK and Northern Ireland FREE. We dispatch goods using Recorded Signed for Delivery which provides proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery. Please remember that you will need someone to sign for and accept Recorded Signed For Deliveries. If there is no one to receive the goods, Royal Mail will leave a card informing you of attempted delivery then retain the goods at your local delivery office for collection or redeliver by prior arrangement.

All orders are dispatched the same working day if ordered before 3pm. Guaranteed Next Day Delivery can be arranged, please select this option at the checkout stage. We will email you when your order is packed and ready for dispatch. (Cheques will obviously need to clear first and can take up to 7 working days to do so).
You can track the progress of your order in My Account section. Once despatched the order status will be updated and will show the Royal Mail tracking number for the parcel. You can then trace your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail website. You will also receive an automated email confirming your item has been dispatched together with a link for you to track your item

Postal code and recipient's land line telephone number are required in your shipping address. All deliveries must be made to a physical address and NO P.O. Box or mailbox addresses will be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for any duty or import taxes, if they apply to your country (This does not apply to UK customers). Please contact us if you need to know more about the tax/duty issues.
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the Royal Mail will leave you a card. This will allow you to telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or alternatively you can collect it from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items must be signed for and we cannot send items unrecorded.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery of your watch.

We also ship to Europe using Royal Mail International Signed For at a cost of £7.95. We ship everywhere within the European Union. We are able to track the order up until it leaves the UK. Once it arrives in country destination, the local mail system are responsible for tracking the parcel. This can be done by supplying them with the tracking number we supply to you.
