Peter Burrowes was founded in the 1930’s by the Russian watchmaker, Julian Lewis. His principles continue to shape us: more than seventy years later, we like to retain our family run ethos.

Unrivalled customer service

For peace of mind, we offer a 14 day returns policy – you can return your item for a replacement or full refund if you’re not entirely delighted with it. It’s convenient to send our fashionable watches and jewellery as gifts too – your recipient can simply return their gift for re-sizing, or select an alternative if preferred.

Additionally, we provide a full watch care service. Just bring your watch in to our shop on Edgware Road for a quote, or fill in our online form with the relevant details for a remote watch care service. All watch repairs are overseen by skilled craftsmen who work offsite. Of course we can also take care of your everyday watch care issues straightaway – we’re happy to fit replacement batteries and replace worn straps. This can all be done onsite and completed the same day.

We are also pleased to announce our ‘reserve online and pickup in store’ service. Eligible products are clearly marked on the website, and can be picked up from our London jewellers on Edgware Road.
